Not far from the Carpathians the most comfortable for living and the most ecological regional center is situated – Ivano-Frankivsk (former Stanislav). Montecristo House can become a luxurious hotel (the layout of the building allows to locate on its floors deluxe and semi-deluxe suites, restaurant, meeting-hall, gym, sauna). In certain terms of reconstruction (50% of its cost for an investor), the House can become an elite Salon with massage and spa-service, office centre or residence of a leader of some large religious community. The House is situated in Vasylianok Street, 60, Ivano-Frankivs’k, opposite the park, not far from the centre of the city. The House is two-storeyed building with attic and underground rooms. Attic and basement rooms can be used for equipping offices and housing. It is built with concrete and bricks, set into operation in the 30s of the XX century.

In 2008 the capital repairs and reconstruction were made. The flight of stairs from the ground to the first floor, windowsills and certain elements of the House are made from granite. The windows are metal-plastic, drainage system of the roof is cupric. The yard is set well, laid with granite tile. The erecting of fence is almost completed.

The house belongs to the private property. The total area of the House is 430 m², including: ground and first floors – 104 m² each (without the flight of stairs), attic room – 130 m², basement – 100 m². The height of ceilings of the ground and first floors is 3,5 m, of basement – 2,8 m.

The total area of estate ground area is 0,05 hectare. The estate is of private property. It is possible to privatize also 0,03 hectare near the mentioned place. Engineering systems: electricity, gas system, water supply system, individual heating, sewerage system, telecommunications, access to the Internet. The House is equipped with air-conditioners.
